anyone got the covid yet???
#1
i think i (me and wife) had it in december. whatever it was then was the worst "cold / flu" i have ever had. 10 days of fever (and i spent 3 days in the hospital decades ago with a bad case of food poison) whatever this was was way fucking worse. dry cough for a month. i lost twenty pounds in the first 2 weeks of whatever this was. just figured it was a bad case of the flu. rest, hydrate, and control fever, it went away. a month later covid 19 is a thing.

fast foward to today, and we are both sick again. normal "mild" flu like symptoms. spent 4 hours driving 5 counties trying to get the wife tested (she insists she "needs" to be tested). we found 1 place who was testing, they test twice a week, they can test approx 100 people a day during their 3 hour testing window.

most DR offices will test but you have to schedule an office visit with the DR, have blood work done, and then they will sell you a covid test (couple hundred bucks on top of insurance co pays).

i thought this shit was something serious? i thought we were trying to get in front of this thing? i thought only me and trump were assholes for saying this is all bullshit? while she hasn't came out and said it clearly i think there is now a third person who is starting to accept what me and trump have been saying.

i am 50% sure i had covid in december, it was fucking terrible. i can clearly see how someone who is not as healthy could die from it. i hope no one else gets this shit.
how serious of a concern can this be if no one is actively testing for it?

what's your thoughts?

I use this everyday the state doesn't lay it all out you would have to use their data to make your own spread sheets to answer logical facets of the spread but its good enough using the zip code count if you can remember the past daily totals.

https://fdoh.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdas...5dc7837c86

I can't say for sure about the number of tests available but it does seem like it harder in some places to get tested... unfortunately suppressing the numbers might be at play I can't say, I hope not.

Currently its a runaway train we will see in a couple weeks how the 4th played into it but the rioters data will be in there as well, although more folks are drinking together than rioting together.

Me personally I got enough to hole up until next year, the current data has Memorial Day weekend in there & any state thats hot where Beer drinkers prevail its going up. I talk to alot of dummies around here even the" its a load of shit" folks are starting to be concerned.
But the most dumbest of the dumb saying "I just need a break from the lock down" of which there is no Lock Down & got wild for a weekend & decide to go visit Moma. I wonder how these fucks would have fared during WWII with the ration cards, or if the draft was still around, or if they had to choose society's well being over their own, I can't believe how society has gone down hill due to the actions of a few, if anyone can't see how Germany fell to hitler by whats happening now their Not paying attention.

My neighbors had the Flu in Feb but it was not the Kung Flu they tested pos for the flu but were still sick for bout 2wks.
I've read that it could have gotten here in Dec but Not Sure where they meant. If you're asking is DeSantis going to move the state to Stage III so Trump can use Jax for a convention whether or not the data says its good he's a ball licker cause Trump campaigned for him against the Black Guy Druggie Faggott who almost won the election, the answer is yes.

I personally like the shit stains on the sheets all over & in the bathroom him & the Russian musta been going at like like a bulls Faggs in a China shop.

* Stay Home, Stay Safe, if you go out use great precautions, don't forget cash,Gas pump handles, doors etc. are all contaminated ( don't use that hotel in pix) I could go on for several paragraphs as I have been watching this shit unfold since mid Jan. & filled in stock piles for the SHTF cache.

I hope nobody I know gets it & hope nobody else gets it nationwide, but.....

I have an employee whose wife tested positive, she wasn't that sick, just regular flu.  The dude wrenches mostly, and we all work face to face, no masks.  We vaccinate calves for a strain of coronavirus since 1986, fairly certain I've had a mouthful of something close enough to bang out a qrf... vet said we're likely all immune so idk, not like I go anywhere near civilization anyways.

I think there's a lot of false positives and a handful of false negatives too, so I wouldn't believe a fucking thing the gov healthcare system said, all of this is bread and circuses, don't pay any attention to the $10 Trillion the fed just printed up.

like i said i am currently sick. i am 90% sure it is a sinus infection. i seem to get this yearly. i have a "wet" cough, congestion, on and off low grade fever (haven't even used a thermometer), and bloody buggers. classic symptoms of a sinus infection for me.

for me this is nothing like what we had in december. mine is just a mild inconvenience at most (for now).

she coughs and gags constantly, she is on a different level. this is not unusual for us, as i nursed her through "swine flu" h1n1 in '09. she was bad then too. maybe all the "travel vaccines" back in the day built an #ubertier1bro

as for preps, HA, got 'em covered.

on my worst day i have 6 months of meds, toiletries, food, and water. i stay stocked up year round as hurricane season is 6 months out of the year. Dodgy

This Chart from Texas, groups risks together, however I think the use of the Fungal Pad in Grocery Store Checkouts weren't taken into consideration & staying in a hotel doesn't take into account that they only change the comforter like once a month, but none the less its a chart.

testing is a fucking joke. on monday we drove to bartow (as that is where the city of lakeland is sending employees) (mind you we live in hernando 2 counties away). we get a couple blocks away and her coworker (also sick) calls and says don't bother, as there are 200 cars in line before him, and they are only testing like 50 people.

i have called, emailed, ect every testing site with in a 2 hour drive, all the same shit "we are only testing 50 - 100 people a day 2 or 3 times a week".

there is a new testing site we will be trying to day, it's 60 miles away in polk county, we will be there by 9am.

you can get tested at the ER (er deductible, chest xray, and meds) she doesn't want to go to the ER. we called my DR (she sees a NP through work who doesn't do testing), my DR wants "new patient" fee, blood workup fee, office visit fee, and then covid test fee.

if you really want to be tested you can for $500 bucks cash. i have told her since day one just do it and i will pay, in the over all scheme of shit i would rather pay and be done in an hour instead of driving all over the fucking country but she is about as fiscally tight as scrooge mcduck. if this free one doesn't happen today i am making her go to a normal dr.

this shit has really cemented in my mind that shit must not be a big fucking deal, or the medical community would be on top of this testing and not all about the up-sell.

i still feel like shit, maybe a 5 on a 1-10 scale (10 being the worst flu you have had). morning time is the worst until i get all this shit blown out of me. then i just feel sick.

we have actually been kinda strict about not venturing out. i personally locked down 3/14. she started working from home 4/1. we still do one big run a month to walmart to replace shit we have used, we try to go during non peak times, and the walmart we go to is in an area of few reported cases. we have tried to cover all bases for safety.

her job required everyone to report back to work. her boss tested positive a week ago, her and her coworker (top three on the floor who are always in meetings) are now sick.

i have not been to any of my job sites (next week will be 4 months). i have good crews who don't need me to baby sit them. so far non of my guys have reported sickness. we have been busy as shit, no need for unemployment, or paycheck protection, from my end. all of my guys got a stimulus, but my household didn't even get that. bitches. <sad>

yep we found the new drive up tent that it appears no one knows about. we got there at 9:15, she signed in, they texted her to let her know it was time about 10:30. i did not get tested, i have a viable defense of "i didn't know i was infected".  Dodgy

up to 12 days for results, it is quest who administered the test.  Dodgy
